- The applicant herself or her husband – employed as regular/permanent employee/contractual employee/honorarium employee in Central/State Government or Central/State Public Sector Undertakings, legal bodies, local bodies, urban bodies and government aided educational institutions or receiving pension/family pension after retirement.
- The applicant herself or her husband – receiving pension/family pension after retirement.
- Beneficiaries who are already receiving the benefit of any other social security pension scheme run by the Women, Child Development and Social Security Department, Jharkhand Government, will not be provided the benefit of this scheme.
- Those whose family member is a current or former MP/MLA.
